Zoey I would do anything for my sister. That includes pretending to be her on a cruise so she can stay behind and spy on her cheating husband. My job? Take over her Instagram and enjoy myself. But my tropical holiday becomes anything but relaxing, once I meet Sebastian Greer. Pain in the ass extraordinaire. A desperate man who can only be looking for one thing - to hook up with all the single women he can find on the ship. Unfortunately, Sebastian seems to be everywhere I go. And the thing is, the more I run into him, the more I realize that maybe I was wrong about him after all. Sebastian Seducing a beautiful woman on a cruise? Sounds like a dream come true, right? Wrong. I’m not here to fall in love or even hook up. I’m here to catch a cheater. That’s right, my boss thinks his wife is unfaithful, and it’s my job to prove it. There’s just one problem…the more I get to know my target, the harder I find it to fight these unexpected feelings for her. When she confesses that she’s not who I think she is, I’m pissed - even though I’ve been lying to her too. With tensions flying high, we’re both sick of this ship. The end of the cruise can’t come soon enough. But after we disembark, no matter how much I want to forget her, I can’t. About Mari Sol

Mari Sol writes romantic comedy that’s been described as somewhere between Hallmark movies and the SNL skits about Hallmark movies. (Okay, it was her. She described them that way). Her capable, assertive, and sometimes sarcastic female leads are adventurous and quirky, and the men who fall for them are absolutely worth your (er, their) time. Her Halloween book, “Romance is Dead” hit #6 on Amazon for Holiday Romance and features a very cinnamon-roll hero. As most people do, Mari started writing Rom Coms when she was a stressed out corporate director and needed the escape. Her books will send you somewhere fun, like a tropical beach (or a haunted theme park) for some relaxing self care time. She loves the juicy bits - yes, all the bits - but she believes in making healthy relationships hot, so her juice will be made with kale, and probably a cucumber or two. And don’t worry, you can definitely trust her expertise in the romance and comedy department. She’s been married… and divorced. After time for healing followed by an explosive rebound, she’s been on the apps since le divorce, and has enough first dates under her belt (no, not that way) to obviously know everything about affairs of the heart. In addition to her “book research,” Mari has been a corporate strategist, a fashion designer, and a data nerd. She’s from Maine, has lived in six different countries and four American cities, recently went on a multi-month journey down Central America, and is currently about half nomadic. Find her online at www.marisolwrites.com. (Pst! There’s a free, fun, summer-fling story waiting for you there.)

Review: The Devious Husband

The Devious Husband by Catharina Maura My rating: 5 of 5 stars After reading the stories of all the Windsor Men it was time for the Windsor Woman or I might say Mrs Kingston. Unlike others it was evident that Sierra and Xavier are going to be a pair since Ares and Raven's story "The Wrong Bride". When the story started it was moving in a normal pace and a sort of regular story but once when it reached the mid point, suddenly it turned out to be a roller coaster of emotions. Before this Zane - Celeste and Ares-Raven was my topmost favourites but Sierra-Xavier's pushed those two to 2nd and 3rd favourite. Loved Author Catharina Maura's writing and gonna read more of her works. Also waiting for the release of Valeria and Enzo's story.

Review: The Wrong Bride

The Wrong Bride by Catharina Maura My rating: 5 of 5 stars The actual bride This was my first book by the author. The book just popped up on recommendation after reading another Indian book series based on arranged marriage. Initially I was hesitant to select this book as I just finished a similar troupe but the author just swayed me away. In the story of Ares and Raven, my heart went out for Raven for what she has been through her life by her mother and devious sister. And Ares, he is just a intelligent fool to not realise what's is right in front of his eyes. I loved the way the story unravelled and scripting. I story telling hooked me up till the end. Though the book is titled "The wrong bride", from the beginning the author was clear to display that Raven must have been the actual bride. Now after getting a glimpse of Luca and Val in the end of the book, I ready to explore other books of the author. View all my reviews...
