This time Bella Winters has come up with a hotshot playboy and small town girl romance with The Valentines Day Proposal. Lola a girl with dreams and responsibilities, she has a dream to make big in the field of music but had to take care of her mother and then father, she just sings in a local bar. Brandon arrives at the very same small town to check on his father's new building, his eyes falls on Lola at the bar and he wants her. He is a man who takes woman has a plaything, but for Lola, the ONS felt more than what she taught. But Brandon leaves without a goodbye and returns nearly after a year wanting, when Lola has left her hopes. Will she able to forgive him and give a second chance to him, will their chemistry be hot as before is the plot.
