In the previous book we were able to witness, how Drew escapes Keila from the clutches of the Queen and to save her, gives her the Gift of Darkness. With a rebirth and new abilities which she never wanted, Keila has to adjust herself in the new world of Darkness. In spite all the short comes, fights and misunderstanding, the love for each other, helps Keila and Drew to overcome every odds and finally free themselves from the Queen who was chasing them. They lose closed one by betrayal and sacrifices, learn from mistakes to get their freedom.

Always a fan of the author's work, loved this series, every book was a page turner and kept me at the edge of the seat. Entirely satisfied with the way of finishing the story.
