The thrill of the Chase is a shifter anthology with five paranormal short stories. Though I'm a paranormal story lover, I'm not a gothic fan so I'm reviewing the only the paranormal romance stories available in the anthology.

Anne Rainey - Love By The Alpha (Cohen Pass Shifter, Book 1)
Mary, a city born and brought up human moves to cabin in country side for a vacation on her friend Kristen's advice to get over her sister untimely death due to an accident. Bonne, neighbor and family friend of Kristen, who gets informed of Mary's arrival so that he can get the cabin ready in move in. He is not just any other country boy, he is an alpha of Cohen wolves pack. Both get attracted to each other immediately but within few minutes of Mary's arrival Bonne realizes she is his mate when she touches him for the first time. How Bonne manages to explain his reality and their fate to Mary and how she adjusts herself to the environment is the remaining story.

Eliza March - Shift Of Fate
Liam and Aliana are Wolf shifter and Halfling Guardian respectively. Liam is entitled to have a mate from his mother's pack for a better pack business but he wants to have a life mate. While fighting Demons alongside Aliana to protect the Portal to earth he finds out Aliana to be his mate but soon he loses his shifting power. How he manages to make Aliana understand about the process and How he gains his power back is the remaining story.

Anna Marie Gardner - A Unique Pairing
It's really an unique Pairing between Zach, a firefighter and Rosa, a waitress. They both are not just that but they are also a Moose and raven shapeshifter, respectively.
