Lindy, a hacker who is hiding out in New Orleans away from Seattle is found by Helen Cromwell to teach her grandson, Kirian, a lesson. Helen wants Lindy to steal a family heirloom, necklace from Kirian, who has installed a new security system at his residence with a small loophole in it.
Kirian, owner of a Security company, one of the holders of grandma Helen's jewels, who doesn't listens to grandm when she points out his mistake new security will be a failure.
They both meet when Lindy steals the necklace and returns it back to Kirian as per grandma Helen's instructions and pay. But the necklace is not some simple necklace it's cursed jewel which is given to all 5 grandchildren of Helen. These jewels connect them to their soulmate.
Is Lindy the soulmate for Kirian? Do they fight the curse or give in to it is the remaining story.

Author Lindsey Hart has written this in an amazing way. Usually their used to be a stereotypes personification for the male lead but through Kirian's characteristion she has broken it. That made the story look more natural inspite of the curse myth. I enjoyed reading the book, it was very funny, certain words were too comical for me which made me laugh out loud. Has given a five star rating and recommending anyone above the age of 18 can read this book, if you want to have a relaxing joyous time.
