I voluntarily reviewed an ARC of the book, this is my first book by Stella Marie Adlen and also Renaissance time period. I enjoyed and loved the book, Bernardo's unconditional love for Aurelia, he is amazing, he is a true warrior, he respects all. Aurelia is a ambitious passionate woman. This story is mix of love suspense war and renaissance. Well written by Stella in a way that it picks up me to picturize the scenes.
