Heidi Morris, a PR agent working at Image-ine used to constant sexual advancement from her boss, Gray and was fired when his wife finds out. Bradley Fox, a famous quarterback with a reputation of womanizer in needs of a PR to clear his image. I received this book, His Surprise Baby by Layla and Ana, I read this spellbound book and fell in love with the characters and reviewing it voluntarily. Heidi was a strong woman, she stands against her boss when he fires for his misdeed, starts her own PR concern. Bradley on the other hand wants win the super bowl and he is ready to do anything to clear his image. When this too meet, against their strong controlling powers they fail to keep in professionalism and give in to their attraction. Things fall apart when they realize they are falling for each other, Bradley is more in love but he felt betrayed when he learns their is no transparency in their relations. When external forces play a plot by separating them and suing Heidi with lawsuit of stealing a client and makes Bradley to back them up by shading her in wrong lights. After few months she finds she is pregnant and he is unable to forget, realizes his guilt over her and tries to reach and help her come clean. He also readily accepts the news of becoming a father and happily takes the responsibilities. I also liked Heidi's supportive parents when they take her in with them and help her with the lawsuit. This book is fantastically crafted with love, sex and emotion.

Loved Author Catharina Maura's writing and gonna read more of her works. Also waiting for the release of Valeria and Enzo's story.

The Wrong Bride by Catharina Maura My rating: 5 of 5 stars The actual bride This was my first book by the author. The book just popped up on recommendation after reading another Indian book series based on arranged marriage. Initially I was hesitant to select this book as I just finished a similar troupe but the author just swayed me away. In the story of Ares and Raven, my heart went out for Raven for what she has been through her life by her mother and devious sister. And Ares, he is just a intelligent fool to not realise what's is right in front of his eyes. I loved the way the story unravelled and scripting. I story telling hooked me up till the end. Though the book is titled "The wrong bride", from the beginning the author was clear to display that Raven must have been the actual bride. Now after getting a glimpse of Luca and Val in the end of the book, I ready to explore other books of the author. View all my reviews...
