Aston Henley, a British man with intruding personality, always keep other in distance, when he arrives to New York for a business meeting, his friend Charles asks him to accompany to do lingerie shopping for his girlfriend and hesitantly agrees. Lara Mason a person who is closed to herself, dated way long ago, works as a Manger at Intimate Delights, a lingerie shop, where Aston reaches with his friend. The moment Aston lays his eyes on her, his world is shaken, he fails to takes his eyes and mind of her, of all the woman her had been with, he gets pulled towards her with desire that he have never felt before with any of the women he been with. For Lara, it is same, she is captivated by his looks and voice, and she feels foreign, the feel that she waved off as silly when here friends used to say, but now she feels it. Both feels it, instant attraction and even more, an uncontrollable devastatingly desire.
I voluntarily reviewed an ARC of the book, I received, this book is full of love and scorching hot love making scenes, all of it, I loved the book, entirely.

Loved Author Catharina Maura's writing and gonna read more of her works. Also waiting for the release of Valeria and Enzo's story.

The Wrong Bride by Catharina Maura My rating: 5 of 5 stars The actual bride This was my first book by the author. The book just popped up on recommendation after reading another Indian book series based on arranged marriage. Initially I was hesitant to select this book as I just finished a similar troupe but the author just swayed me away. In the story of Ares and Raven, my heart went out for Raven for what she has been through her life by her mother and devious sister. And Ares, he is just a intelligent fool to not realise what's is right in front of his eyes. I loved the way the story unravelled and scripting. I story telling hooked me up till the end. Though the book is titled "The wrong bride", from the beginning the author was clear to display that Raven must have been the actual bride. Now after getting a glimpse of Luca and Val in the end of the book, I ready to explore other books of the author. View all my reviews...
